RENTAL CONDITIONS :

Weekly rental :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
The bed linen is not included for the stays of cures all the year.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Animals not allowed.

Seasonal rental:
Electricty on statement, laundry, carpet shampoo and dry cleaning charged to tenants.
