Self catered studio 1* apartment 28 m² with a balcony facing north, accommodates up to 4 people. On the second floor with lift.Living area with dining area, 1 pull down double sofa beds (2 persons) and 2 single beds , wardrobe, TV.
Kitchen area with vitroceramic, micro wave, owen, refrigerator and dish washer fully equipped with table-ware, washing-machine kitchen utensils and crockery.
BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bathtub, handheld shower head and toilet.
- Underground pay parking. Internet Wifi access.
RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 25€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
