Self catered 2* studio apartment 26 m²with a balcony facing south for up to 4 people. On the second floor with lift.Living area with dining area, one set of pull-out sofa beds (2 persons), wardrobe, television.
Kitchen area with vitroceramics hobs, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
SLEEPING CAPACITY:
- Sleeping area separated by a sliding door : one set of bunk beds (2 persons).
- Living-room: one set of pull out beds.
BATHROOM:
- Bathroom with shower and toilets.
- Internet Wifi access. Washing machine.
- Covered parking space included in the apartment.
RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
