NEXITY MOUNTAINS AGENCIES - CANCELLATION CLAUSE

(BRIDES-LES-BAINS, COURCHEVEL, CHAMONIX, LES 2 ALPES , LA TANIA AND VILLARD DE LANS AGENCIES)

Any cancellation must be notified by email or mail.

The full cost of the stay is due to the agency and the agency reserves the right to recover the amounts due by all legal means. Any stay shortened or interrupted by the tenant will not give the right to any refund, except in the cases exhaustively listed below:

• Cancellation of the stay due to the occurrence of force majeure having the characteristics defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code,
• A state of health emergency declared by the Government, provided that this state of emergency results in a ban on travel on French territory.
• New government restrictions ordered in response against the COVID-19 epidemic.

It is the responsibility of the tenant who wishes to invoke these provisions to expressly notify the agency no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the rental.

In these cases, Nexity undertakes to propose, in order of priority:

• A free postponement (valid for 18 months from the initial start date of the stay)
• Failing this, a refund of the stay, after deduction of the file management fee of 50.00 (fifty euros) € inclusive of tax :
  • If the stay has started, the amount of the refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the nights consumed.
  • If the stay has not yet started, full refund of your deposit & your balance.

If there is a refund request, Nexity shall have a period of one month to make the payment of the said sum.

Valid from Tuesday September 29, 2020, until further notice: For 3 Vallées agencies (Brides-Les-Bains, Courchevel and La Tania)

Valid from Wednesday June 25, 2021, until further notice: For Chamonix and Les  Alpes agencies

Valid from Tuesday July 6, 2021, until further notice: For Villard de Lans agency
