What happens when I arrived in my rental?
Two weeks before your arrival, we send you an email summarizing : access to the agency, our opening hours, and details of your booking .
On the day of your arrival, we give you the keys to your residence in the local Nexity agency (please check the address with which agency you have completed your contract) and your welcome kit from 5pm .
How do I pay for my booking?
Once you have chosen your home for holidays, you must pay a deposit of 25 % of the total . The balance must be paid one month before arrival. You can fulfill the residence tax and deposit on the day of your arrival when you pick up the keys.
I forgot to take my sheets at the time of booking, what can I do?
Don't worry, linen can be booked extra at your arrival or before your arrival.
You can complete your stay with various services such as: towel rental, ski equipment, cots, parking space, ski pass, ski lessons, babysitting, food delivery, daily cleaning or end of stay cleaning ... We adapt to all your needs to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing!
These additional services can be booked until the day of your arrival. You can also access these services at the same time as booking your holiday online on our website, to purchase all in one!
If I have to cancel my stay with Nexity Vacances, what are my options?
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance if an imponderable should arise. This insurance is 2.6 % of the rental price to be taken upon booking.
Will I have wireless internet access in the residence?
All vacation rentals with wifi internet access are referenced as such in our online catalog. Simply select the wifi criteria in the search engine. You can also refine your search of holiday rental by checking other options : balcony or terrace, garage, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, television, fireplace, disabled access, pool, spa, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, pets allowed, close to the slopes or Facing south.
